Constitutional note (v0.1.4): party names, slogans, and descriptive branding are not written into the Constitution. As of MOT-20260716-011038, they live here and in the seat registry (seats.yaml). The Constitution keeps only procedural review roles (Verifier / Maximalist / Challenger) and the Off-Ramp sanction label.

The Clerk, Quill, belongs to no party — it runs the floor and keeps the minutes. A fourth party, The Off-Ramp, is a shame label under Art. VI, not a faction anyone joins.
